CONDITIONS OF RENTAL - RIVERSIDE MORAR
If a booking is made more than 6 weeks prior to the start of the hire a deposit of 30 % is payable immediately, the booking remains provisional for ( seven working days ) until the deposit is received. If your confirmation is not received the house may be offered to others. The balance of the rental is due six weeks ( 42 days) before the start of the hire. Please note the deposit is NOT returnable under any circumstances. If a booking is cancelled the following conditions will apply.
(A) The balance will be retained by the owners until the property can be re-let for the dates cancelled.
(B) Should the owners not be able to re-let the property, the balance will be retained by the owners.
If a booking is made less than six weeks prior to the start of the hire, the full rental is payable immediately, the booking remains provisional for ( seven working days) until full payment is received.
The period of hire is from 4 pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The hirer shall at all times maintain the hired property in a clean and tidy condition and shall leave it as they found it.
A Caretakers Bond of £50 will be applied to all rentals,this Bond is fully refundable within 21 days of departure pending the property being left in a clean and tidy condition,and all rubbish and food stuff being removed from the property and deposited in the appropriate bin on departure.The owner's decision will be final and binding in the event of any disputes.
Under no circumstances may the number of persons occupying the property exceed six adults/children plus one infant, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the owners.
Pets are not permitted at the property and the owners reserve the right to evict tenants if this condition is not observed.

Hirers are responsible for the replacement/ payment of any articles broken or damaged during their stay, and for the payment of any damage done to the property itself internal or external. The hirer shall allow the owners and their representative's entry for all reasonable purposes. |
